Andy is an Intensive Care Nurse, educator, and researcher. He is the clinical coordinator for the Australia and New Zealand Intensive Care Society Global Intensive Care Initiative and a current PhD candidate at Monash School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.

Andy has provided clinical coordination and acted as nursing lead on several clinical support and capacity building projects in Papua New Guinea. His research focuses on the role, training, and development needs of ICU nurses in lower resourced settings.
