Jithma is a senior digital executive with more than 20 years of experience leading organizations to take advantage of our changing digital world. With experience across start-up and large mature organizations, helping them innovate and transform, while maintaining a clear focus on addressing customer needs.

Jithma is a seasoned people leader with solid experience building and leading high performance agile teams, with a focus on collaboration and transformation. He has global experience as an innovator, developing and delivering strategic objectives, while challenging accepted industry norms. Recognised as one of Australia’s Top 50 most innovative CIOs in 2018, 2020 and again in 2021, Jithma has led teams to consistently deliver a number of industry firsts and award-winning products in categories such as innovation, integration, customer experience, and design.

Most recently, he was Executive Director of Digital, Design and Innovation (CDO) within the Victorian Public Sector until August 2021, where he led the development of the state’s digital transformation agenda, culminating in the establishment of Digital Victoria, the state’s transformation agency. He is currently the Strategic Advisor (Public Sector) for Amazon Web Services Australia, New Zealand, helping governments explore and navigate disruptive transformation.
