Dr. Tailane Scapin is a research fellow within the Global Centre for Preventive Health and Nutrition (GLOBE) at Deakin University and an EMCR with the NHMRC-funded Centre for Research Excellence in Food Retail Environments for Health (RE-FRESH: Next Generation). Tailane has a background in dietetics and experience in food and nutrition research. Her research focuses on improving the healthiness of retail food environments to enable healthier choices using mixed-method approaches.
